Save the date for the first-ever TRELLO CONFERENCE!
You read that right—The Trello Trailblazers are assembling together in person in Orange County, CA, on April 10th. If you’ll be in town for Team’25, we’d love to have you skirt on over.
Not already planning to be in town? Well, now you have a reason! Come join us to meet folks from the Trello team, nerd out about best practices in Trello, and learn how to utilize new features and improvements in Trello. And unlike other conferences… this one is FREE!
Can’t make it in person? Don’t worry, we’re offering virtual attendance options as well!
Make sure to save your spot, whether virtual or in person, so we can make sure to accommodate for everyone!
🛎️ Newbie tips
New to Trello? This section will help you get up to speed and become a pro before you know it!
Term of the week
Archive: most common hide/removal option in Trello, which lets you hide items, but NOT delete them. You can archive cards, lists, and boards! (Although it’s called “closing boards”, it’s similarly easy to re-open and recover, like archiving.)
Tip of the week
Pressing `c` archives a card
Accidentally archived something? Click the three dots at the top right of your board, and you’ll see the “archived items” as an option. Click that to look for the list of card you archived.

🍷 Pairs well with Trello
As much as we love Trello, we can’t quite get out of our email inboxes can we? I’m about to try out this new tool that uses AI to help label your emails so I can actually focus on important emails, like Trello questions, instead of jumping to my inbox and running around like this…
I’m getting invited to the Jaylo.ai beta, and I’ll be trying it out and let you know what I think . I know some of y’all are AI enthusiasts, as well - so if you wanna try it out, use this link to get access to the beta.
⚡ Automation tips
With Trello’s new mirroring feature, you might want to create a mirrored version of cards you are assigned to on a single board.
