Trello Tips Delivered to Your Inbox

trello.substack.com

Welcome to How I Trello by me, Brittany Joiner.

This newsletter is a way to access premium content each week to take your Trello game to the next level. Whether you’re brand new to the tool or been using it for years (or have never heard of it, but are looking for a way to organize yourself more)… you’ll find something useful here for you, such as …

  • How to organize your reading list with Trello

  • My favorite Trello templates

  • How to build tools (like a CRM) for your business with Trello

  • And so much more… I literally find new ways of using Trello every week

Wondering who the heck I am? My name is Brittany Joiner, I’m based in Baton Rouge and I’m a self-proclaimed Trello nerd. I’ve also been voted most likely to get a Trello tattoo. I’ve been using Trello for over 8 years, and I’m a regular contributor to the Trello blog and the Atlassian Community.

So what is this “substack” and why should I subscribe?

Because you want new goodness in your inbox every week to help you be more productive with Trello. And you also want to support creators like me ☕️

Okay if you want some more specific details, here’s what you’re in for.

Trello blueprints

I think Trello is kinda like legos. They’re amazing, and you can build a lot of cool stuff with them. But sometimes that’s a little overwhelming. I’m here to give you a blueprint for Trello. If you’re intimidated by connecting the dots from “what is Trello” to “how does it actually make my life easier”, you’ve come to the right place.

Actionable Trello tips

Ever wish someone could just tell you specifically what to do so that your life can stop feeling like you’re constantly spinning plates in the air?

And not just the generic “time blocking” and “eat the frog” productivity stuff, but actionable info, like specific Trello templates you can use. And specific use cases for Butler automation, checklists, card templates, labels, and more. That’s what I’m here for. You can read tutorials and how to’s all over the web, but we’ll dive in together and put the rubber to the road.

Ask your Trello questions

Paid members get access to my roadmap where you can submit questions or topics for me to write about and vote on your favorites.

Curated content from the Official Trello Community

Don’t have time to read everything on the Trello community? Get a round-up of posts you won’t want to miss.

Nerd out with other productivity-enthusiasts

Be part of a community of people who share your interests. Want to meet other friends using Trello for cool stuff? You can do that here, too. I leave comments open and encourage banter, questions, ideas, and of course, Trello puns.

All this can be yours if you just buy me Starbucks once a month (aka, the cost of the monthly subscription is roughly equal to the cost of my Sea Salt Caramel Cold Brew and a Chocolate Croissant).

In the meantime, tell your friends!

**Note - this is not an Atlassian/Trello site, I do not work for Atlassian/Trello. I’m an independent Trello nerd. I’ll be clear when I have sponsored content on this site, otherwise you can assume these all of my unbiased, unpaid opinions :)
