What is Trello for? What are the uses it is made for?
~Tanya
Hey Tanya!
Trello is a such a flexible tool, you can use it for any number of things- that’s why I have been doing this newsletter for well over a year and I have yet to run out of things to say about it!
Perhaps it’s “most common” (or most known) use case is a Kanban board, which means a list of “To Do”, “Doing”, and “Done” and items are claimed and moved through those lists.
But folks have found many uses for Trello, such as:
Keeping track of projects
Managing content process and calendars
Coordinating logistics for events
Planning itineraries for trips
Handling support tickets
Organizing contacts and sales pipelines
Prioritizing product features and bugs
And just about anything else you can think of… I use Trello to keep track of things I want to buy, meal planning, and more!
Want to submit your question? Maybe it’ll be featured next week!

💡 Use Case Idea
I love talking (about Trello and many other things) and I created a board that makes it easy for people to invite me to speak, see my event preferences, get all that fun bio information everyone needs for every event, and even see past talks and recordings!
I got the idea from Cassidy Williams who does something similar on GitHub.
Even if you’re not a speaker, you can make a board that is a central place for the FAQs you get and hosts all your brand info. Imagine if you have a business - creating a one-pager for your company and how to engage!
Special shoutout to my premium sponsors!
