Original post by Hannah Morgan in the Atlassian Community
You might be used to the classic Trello view showing all your cards in a list format. But if you’ve got a lot of cards, that can get overwhelming really quickly. Hannah Morgan shares a few ideas for how to visualize your board so you see the most useful info!
Calendar View
Use the Calendar View if you have Trello Premium or the Calendar Power-Up (for other plans) to view your board in a calendar format. It’s a great way to visualize your cards by due date.
Filters
Use the search to apply filters, like cards that are assigned to you and ones that are due in the next week. You’ll go from seeing all the cards to seeing the ones most relevant to you!
You can save filters and views to make it easier to see quickly access those views.
Mix and match
You can combine filters and Calendar views to see all the things you need in a handy view.
Timeline View
If you have cards that show start and end dates, then you will enjoy the Timeline view, which lets you visualize your cards as a gantt chart.
