Are you using the Planner feature in Trello? (That calendar which appears in the new Trello when you press g+p or the calendar icon on the bottom floating island.

🗺️ What’s next on my Trello journey?

1. What do you do when you wonder if Trello has a specific feature?
A) Click a few things on the board and then move on.
B) Post in the Altassian Community and ask.
C) Search the Power-Up Directory or Chrome Extensions and try out a few to see if they work.
D) Build automation with Trello or another tool, or develop my own Custom Power-Up/Chrome Extension to make it happen!
2. You want to turn a whole list of to-dos from a spreadsheet into Trello cards. What’s your move?
A) Cry… because that sounds like a daunting task.
B) Click “Add a card…” and paste one cell at a time, then fill in the fields.
C) Copy and paste the list into a new card—Trello magically splits them up.
D) Create an automation to assign members and due dates to new cards on a board (based on criteria you set), then use a Power-Up to import the cards from a CSV.
3. Where do you go to manage members, Power-Ups, and fine-tune permission settings?
A) I email my team and hope for the best.
B) There are permission settings??
C) I can do some of that from the top toolbar
D) The board menu, but I also tweak permissions so that Observers can comment on cards, and only Admin can add people to my board
4. If you want Trello to automatically create a recurring “Monday Meeting” card each week, what’s your best option?
A) Set a calendar reminder on my phone and do it myself
B) Use the Card Repeater Power-Up
C) Build a Scheduled automation rule to create the card
D) Build a scheduled automation on Fridays to create a new list with cards for the agenda and assign those to certain members, then send a Slack reminder.
5. You’re connecting Trello to Slack, Google Drive, and Jira to create a workflow masterpiece. What Trello feature are you flexing?
A) I copy-paste links everywhere
B) Attach files manually to each card
C) I’ve got Trello in Slack!
D) Jira lists, Power-Ups, and custom automation to send Slack notifications that don’t exist out of the box.
