Great tips. When it comes to mirror using an automation, what's the best tip to get the card to have the same details in the original card? If I use the mirror button, it continues to alert me of comments, attachments and updates in descriptions. If I use my automation I don't receive any of that.
Hmm, im not sure i understand the question? Mirror isnt changing who is assigned to a card/notifications. Can you send me an email with a screenshot of your automation you have set up and maybe a screen recording of whats happening?
I just used your chore chart tutorial yesterday! I figured out how to automate mirroring for any of the cards marked with the red "Time To Do!" label. I have them going into a "chores" list on my To Do List/ Daily Schedule board. But what I can't figure out is how to complete the task in my To Do list board (v.s. my chore chart board). It seems the Automation buttons aren't available in the mirrored cards? I also can't seem to automate an archival process for the mirrored cards either. I've tried triggering archiving the mirrored cards when the green "Completed" label is added but it doesn't seem to work. Any ideas?
So if its a mirrored card, then clicking on the card should open up the back of the card which originates on the chore board, which i would think should have that button yeah? (It's kinda confusing but mirror cards are really just embedded views of a card, so its all the same card really.)
And as far as automating archival, are you using {cardlink} to lookup the card? A lot of people think its {cardname} but it's actually the link attribute!
Great upgrade, but the Filter feature and Dashcards don't seem to work with the custom fields or labels within Mirror cards.
not at the moment, but it should be coming! the team is aware and has plans to make this work - at least with the filtering and sorting.

Weirdly I think they didn't incorporate automation buttons on mirrors? hoping they eventually do.
